Return and Refund Policy

Conditions

In order for hair extensions and/or hair products to be eligible for a return, all returns must be postmarked within the 7 days of the order delivery date.
Hair extensions and/ or hair products must be in the original packaging and new and unused conditioned.
Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.
All sales are final once items have been installed, colored, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion
If you are not satisfied with the hair style of your purchased item.
All clearance products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy: Do We Give Refunds?

At Iconic Hair, we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable.

Refund: Billing & Repayment

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Cancellation Rights
