To return an item, please email customer service at info@iconichair.net After receiving a confirmation, place an item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order and mail your order to the following address:

Refund: Billing & Repayment

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Returning Process: Conditions

Please note, customers will be responsible all shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

Clearance Policy

All clearance products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about these products please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.
